We are extremely particular with the quality of our milk and are proud of the hygiene levels we uphold. Even though we keep to such high standards, part of being registered with MPI to supply raw milk requires us to state the following:
Our Delivered Raw Milk contains raw (unpasteurised) milk. Store at or below 4°C. Do not consume after the use-by date - which is 4 days from the day it was produced. Raw milk may contain harmful microorganisms that can cause serious illness. This is critical for infants, young children, the elderly, pregnant women, and people with weakened immune systems. To reduce the risk of illness, raw milk should be heated to at least 70°C for one minute.
